The low coercivity of spinel ferrites is a significant barrier limiting their use in high-density magnetic recording applications. large magnitude the magnetocrystalline anisotropy rare earth group elements can lead to high field by doping with these elements. In this research, using hydrothermal method, Fe+3 cobalt ferrite was substituted Yb+3 make CoFe2-xYbxO4 x = 0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, and 0.1. By analyzing X-ray diffraction analysis confirming structure, crystallite sizes were obtained range 31 nm 45 nm. lattice parameter estimated be 8.30 8.36 FTIR nanoparticles showed ?1 absorption band 584 Cm?1 594 Cm?1. Raman spectroscopy that have mixed structure. Hysteresis loops at room temperature 10 K vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) indicate (HC) increases significantly from 0.55 1.05 KOe 9.48 12.00 KOe, respectively, increasing Yb 0
